What is the best patch style for me?

What happens when I place an order?

After placing an order, you will be contacted by a member of the Patch Supply team to confirm all the details. If you have questions or need advice, we will work with you to create your custom patch. From there, we will produce a one-of-a-kind sample of your patch to make sure everything is perfect. Your patches will swiftly go into production!

What if I don’t like my sewn sample?

Our patches are 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and we want our customers to be happy. If the sewn sample doesn’t represent the approved artwork, we can work together to fix it. Due to the custom nature of the product, if you change your mind at this stage you may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

When will I receive my custom patches?

Your custom patches will ship 13-17 business days after you approve your sewn sample. PVC patches can take 15-20 business days. If you have a specific date you need your patches by, let us know when you request your quote. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders at an additional shipping cost. Otherwise, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

How do I determine the size of a custom patch?

The size of a patch is the average of the height and width. For example, a patch that is 4 inches tall and 2 inches wide would be 3 inches.

Do you keep a copy of my patch on file?

Yes! We make re-ordering easy by saving a copy of your patch.

I’m not tech savvy. Can I just talk to someone on the phone the old fashioned way?

Yes! Call us at 949-443-0309 and we are more than happy to take your order and/or payment over the phone.

Can I e-mail you my artwork to see if it would work for a patch?

Yes! E-mail your artwork to sales@patchsupply.com and we can discuss your options.

I don’t have any artwork, can I design a patch anyway?

Yes! Our team can work with you to bring your idea to life. Fill out quote form with as much of the basic info as you know (type of patch, size, quantity) and a team member will reach out to help you get started on design.
